What level of assistance does a wastewater system typically need?

This can very significantly from system to system, as each system is unique and has its own needs. If this is a question you have Emerald Creek Operators will work with you to determine what is best for your system. We will do so by looking into state mandates and regulations for your system to ensure we hit the minimum requirements governed by the state. We will then discuss with you, and would also be happy to tour your system if desired, to see what you are dealing with specifically. By doing this Emerald Creek can work with you to best find a plan that works for your system. Our plans range in involvement needed for each system due to each unique need. We want to work with you and provide the care and attention you need while being cost effective for you as well, in an effort to best serve your community.

How do we know what level operator is right for us, or what samples we should take?

As always Emerald Creek’s operators would be happy to assist you to find this information out. You may also find important information about your system by visiting the Department of Ecology Website and entering your permit number or facility name. From here you can see a lot of information about your system and your permit requirements.
