Our skilled operators can provide these necessary services for as long or as little as you need us to keep your system within compliance. These services include pulling samples based on your needs and regulations, facility inspections, and much more.

·        Cross Connection Control

o   Emerald Creek provides Cross Connection Control Specialists that can assist you in developing and implementing a CCC Plan. Our CCS can assist you in conducting hazard assessments as well and recommending the appropriate cross connection control device based on the degree of hazard.

·        Training

o   To become a certified operator there are both testing and experience requirements to acquire the needed licensure. Emerald Creek will be happy to assist in providing experience as well as suggesting classes in our area to the potential operators that your system chooses, assisting them in becoming a licensed operator for your system.

·        Technical Assistance

o   Paperwork is sometimes forgotten, or maybe you don’t know where to start Emerald Creek can assist you in developing the necessary policies, plans, procedures, SOP’s, O&M’s, etc. When we develop these our goal is to make them as user friendly as possible while meeting or exceeding any regulations set by the state.

System Upgrades, Repairs and Maintenance

o   Your system needs to function. Emerald Creek’s team is happy to assist with a variety of tasks to ensure that it does. Weather that is installation, repair, upgrades, or just continued maintenance to your wastewater collection system, treatment facility, drinking water source wells, reservoirs, or distribution system we are here for you.

Sampling and Testing

o   You’re busy and we understand. Some systems may need assistance simply preforming sampling procedures for drinking water and or waste water and taking samples to the certified laboratories. Emerald Creek has the qualified professionals to assist with this step, freeing you up to preform your other obligations.
